Working with herbal body oils has been one of the cornerstones of caring for myself this year. It's now one of my favorite ways to spend ten or fifteen minutes before bed, gently doing some self massage with a little bit of oil. I'm usually focused on these sore farmer feet and calves, but you can apply body oils anywhere you like!
